A Ms. Williams from CCS left a message for my attorney or me to call her at a toll free # (866)386 0022. The Caller ID showed 904 547-0517. I called the 904 # and got a message stating that it was "Central Credit Services." 904 is the Jacksonville area code. Is this the same CCS everyone is referring to? Is this how they start?
