Century 21 Carlos Carlos Gonzalez aka Uribe y Gonzalez law Land ripff in Costa rica San Jose, Costa Rica New Jersey

Century 21 in a communication asserted that a son (Carlos Gonzalez Jimenez) cannot be held responnsible for his father's actions. When I was first sued in regard to this property it was the firm of Carlos Gonzalez that sued me.  I have been in court for years defending myself andtrying to get access to our legally titled property. I have been accused of two criminal offenese. The first was Armed Agression which I finally was absolves of. The second was an accusation of criminal fraud together with my lawyer, Horacio mejias Potuguez. We were found innocent three times and finally last week our accuser paid a $28,000 fine for falsley accusing us of that crime.  I have been acquitted twice of criminal libel (see attached URLL) for the video about the case. The US Enbasshy appears powerless to help me. The purpose of the criminal charges was to "freeze" the real issue that of the land which is a Civil case. Incidentally I continue to pay taxes on the property I am legall forbidden to enter, for If I do not do so the local government informs me it will be put up for auction.

It is ironic that Mr. Gonzalez' family own Century 21 and Stewart Title Company, two well known real estate connected firms and also are involed in a huge land theft case involving valuable property. One of the accusations I fuffer is that i have brought suffering and dishonor to Mr. Gonzalez' chuldren. He fails to mention that it is his son's law firm that initiated an aggressive lawsuit against me to claim our proprtyunder the law of adverse possession. It was only when we responded in the prescribed time period that criminal actions were brought against me.  we still have had no hearing on the reall issue that of the land.  For your information Mr. Gonzlez was let go as a director of CitiBank and also from the borard of Earth university after we filed a complaint as to his ethical lapses.
