This bank has a habit of charging upfront fee's and continuing monthly fee's even when there are no monthly charges. This is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with.

Without more information provided in your report, it's very difficult to see where you see you have been ripped off. Assuming by "monthly fees" you talk about that are being charged without having a fee, it is probably charges of..lets say $8 a month? Credit One doesn't charge an annual fee once a year, they split it up over 12 months and you pay it monthly. I was almost stupid enough to get their card a while back, but I READ everything and thankfully for that, because this company is one of the worst i've seen offering credit cards.
