 i had order service with direct tv in August 2010 with a $200+ deposit after the first bill in September that was paid I asked for a transfer do to my trailer I just moved in was condemned, direct tv then wanted to charge me a extra $100 to move service or a 300 early cancellation fee. I had numerous problems with direct t.v service especially when ur rains,wind or thunder.

 They have to pay their installers to do the work and they didn't make you move.

Your contract also, likely states that weather conditions can cause service interruptions.  It's NOT cable TV, but broadcast from a satellite about 22,000 miles above the earth.  Weather between the satellite and your dish can and will cause disruptions. We just experienced a 25 minute outage during which 6/10" of rain fell...VERY heavy rain.  We switched to the movies we had on our Dish DVR,,,no big deal.

BTW, what does wind or thunder have to do with an interruption?  It's the precipitation that causes it.
