buyer beware. the carpet they show you and the carpet they show up to your home with are not the same. we were hesitant to use this company based on what others told us but we took our chances anyway. long story short, we should have listened. the installers are subcontracted out and if there is an issue they try to "'sell" you on the fact that everything is ok. than they continue to tell you that if you complain, it cost the installer money. my response, "who cares, this junk carpet is costing me money". after they laid the carpet down the carpet was damaged. yes, they ripped it up and brought back new carpet. best part, the carpet they brought back was a much better quality than the first crap they put down. pretty shady if you ask me. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
