I have my vehicle serviced here many times, but what I have been seening/hearing lately has been unbelieveable and unexceptable. I may just switch to Goodyear.

One day i went to get rotors replaced on my truck, i was told the parts were not available at the store and needed to be ordered. The parts would be around $225 a piece and "it was the cheapest one they could find". i asked the girl that worked in the front counter where she was getting the part from. her response was "oh a local parts place right down the road"

I needed to go out of town to a meeting so i just went ahead and got the work done. As i was waiting for my vehicle to be completed this is what i saw. Technicians smoking in the shop next the vehicles, throwing tools, cursing, yelling, talking on the phone while working on and driving vehicles, "checking out" women, sitting on their asses while a vehicle is in the air needing to be worked on or when theirs vehicles waiting to be worked on.

Not only that, but i also heard the girl and tall man in the front talking about how their store manager likes to take 3hr lunches with another manager from a different firestone in the area just about everyday. And while i was waiting, someone kept calling for the manager and as soon as the girl would hang up the phone, she would call her manager and say "how long are you gonna be? so and so called for you, but i lied and said you were doing else.What i also saw that disgusted me was, the store manager and the girl talking about "pretty women" before they entered the door. saying things like "oo i saw her first" "you can have her" "oh shes a looker" "dang girl put those away" "can she show any less" ect.

Now, as i was paying for my service and getting on with my day, i saw the tall guy "pay my bill real fast for the rotors before" he cashed me out. i looked at that bill at the parts were recieved from an O'Reillys Auto Parts down the road. Each rotor was only $75 list (normal) price, and Firestone only paid $48 to get it.


Last, i have tried calling the store manager many times after my service was done, but only to be told he was out to lunch. i keep calling through out the day; still at lunch. I also heard a customer in the back ground say "oh hes on one of his long lunches again, hahaha". thats pretty bad when your own customers know that your taking an extra long lunch.
