Fitness First Germantown A gym that specializes in STEALING your money germantown Maryland

Do you want to get robbed?  Do you have money that you want to waste?  This is the perfect gym for you.  The people that work at this gym are there for one reason, to STEAL your money.  The GM there, if that's what you wanna call her, is the most useless human alive. And the personal trainer "JC" is first henchman that is there to relieve you of the money in your wallet. I signed up for personal training with "JC" and figured that he would be the one who would work out with me, well I guess 6am was too early for him because he never bothered showing up.  When I confronted him the next day, he said, "ohhhh that was today?"  So first red flag.  Then he told me that he doesn't do workouts that early and he passed me off to someone else named Michael.  I realized that all the workouts, you can easily find online for FREE. I signed up so I can have someone motivate me while I was working out.  Michaels basic job was to take me from one machine to the next and saying, "ok, now do 10 of those" and that's it.  No motivation, no explanation as to what I'm doing or why I'm doing it, just, here, do this.  I was able to find better workout routines for free.  I went along with this for 3-4 more workouts.  I was later let go from my job, and I asked The GM, Jessie Hawkins, if I can place my personal training sessions on hold  until I was able to get back on my feet.  I explained everything to hear about my recent job loss.  She said yes, we can put you on hold, until you get a new job.  She had me fill out a form to pause the personal training. I thought that was that.   Two months go by and I get a call from someone in there headquarters saying that the request was not approved because it was not for a medical reason.  When I confronted Jessie Hawkings about this, she said, "yeah they can only pause it if it was for a medical reason" WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING WHEN YOU HAD FILL OUT THE FORM". It's was the first time I heard of anything having to do with a medical reason.  She kept saying it was Lucy it was policy, so either she blatantly LIED to me when I filled out the form, or she INCOMPETENT to do that job.  She tried to pass it off to the personal training director JC, but this is your typical Neanderthal who doesnt really care.   
THe gym itself is always packed, and smells like a thousand years of farts locked in a building.  The weights are never where they're supposed to be, the "personal trainers" are just in your way. I started going at 5am, just so I can get a complete workout in, with having to wait, or wipe the sweat of every seat.
Do yourself a favor DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS GYM, ESPECIALLY THE PERSONAL TRAINERS. You can easily type "workouts" in Google and would find all the routines you would want. So now they back logged the personal training session, and sent me a bill for $800.  $800 for 3 workouts, with a useless human.  I'm gonna spend my entire summer making sure that everyone in the area knows, the CROOKS that work at FitnessFirst Germantown. DO NOT DO IT
