Her Room refused to accept a return Internet

I bought an $80 bathing suit top from them. When it arrived, I tried it on, saw that it didn't fit, and immediately put it back in the package for return. A few weeks later, I get a package in the mail with the swimsuit top and a note explaining that they could not accept it for return b/c it was damaged. 

I did not damage their product any more than anyone would by simply trying it on. It did not fit me at all. I have no use for it. I buy most of my clothing online, and am able to do this only b/c most companies are so great about returns. 

I cannot afford to lose $80 on a swimsuit that I will never wear. Please do not buy anything from these scam artists.
