I sent for the E-Bay trial CD from Video Professor for a supposed cost of $9.95.  When the package came it contained more than the one CD, so I immediately re-sealed it and took it to the U. S. Post Office and had it returned to sender.

A couple of days later, I got a charge on my Visa Debit Card for not only the 9.95, but and additional 189.95!  I called the number for Video Professor and was told that because I didn't call before I returned the CD's they could not refund my money.  Additionally, they said you have to call by the 9th day (it was sent by USPS, so how would they know when I received it anyway?) - and their ad had said the 10th day.  I did not request all those CD's only the trial one.

They say they have an A rating with BBB, but when I went to the BBB site, they are not even listed!  I told them the CD's were returned and they stated that if and when they got them back, then it would be at least 30 days before they sent a refund.  Upon checking further, found that others who have had the same problem with Video Professor, are still waiting for their money as much as six months later, and they HAD called before returning it.

It is a scam, and should be considered Mail Fraud since this material is sent through the USPS.  I wish someone would please help!

Video Professor is not a Scam. You need to read the site before you oder.

Everyone who thinks Video Professor is a scam is dumb.If You would just simple google Video Professor, you would see 2 different sites.Click the 1st link on the google page and it will take you to the video professor site that tells you that you will get 3 CDs and you have to return 1 CD by 10 days to cancel. It says this in plain letters at the top of the page. The 2nd google link is also Video Professor, but that page is a little different. It just says get your free CD.You have to go to the next page(order page) and then you will see where it tells you that you can't get just 1 CD and they come in a 3 CD set and in order to cancel, you have to send one back. You just call and they will give you a return code and you have to put it on the return package.I ordered the 10 day trial and when I went to ask for the cancel code, they asked me if I wanted to extend my trial for another 30 days and I said yes. There was 3 different times I tried to order Video Professor with certain credit cards it wouldn't work, like prepaid cards. It was $6.95 to order and when I did, only half of it was charged and I didn't have the trial.I just simply called and within 1 minute I was talking with the support and they fixed everything and put the money back on my card all 3 times.I see all kinds of scam reports for Video Professor, like how people were charged 2 or 3 times and how they never knew you had to send back 1 CD and how Video Prof. didn't state on their site you have to send back 1 CD and all kinds of other crap.If you are dumb enough to order something without reading everything, then what do you expect. There aren't any hidden terms or conditions, they say everything right there in plain letters. If You still think they are scams, just call customer service and see for your self how Quick they answer and handle all of your questions and problems. Here is their real phone # 1-800-519-4110. Here is the link of the site that tells you everything in plain letters. https://www.videoprofessor.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=shoppingcart.landingPage&campaignid=203075&affid=961&TRAFFICSOURCE=13916&pid=9&sourceid=0550000000000179600000000799X&subID1=

Or you can just go to google and type in Video Professor and then click the 1st link at the top of google,it takes you to the same place. You can click the 2nd link and see the difference if you want. The 2nd link also tells you everything, you just have to look closer.Stop saying Video Professor is a scam.I am a customer of Video Professor just like you or anyone else and I love the CDs and their program and I've never had any problems with them at all. There are far worse programs and customer service out there and nobody complains about them,so why is everyone doing it to video professor all because you don't read the sites info and T&C.From now on,just take a second to read the Terms & Conditions 1st before you order anything at all.I make money online by doing offers like this and then I get paid for them through IFW sites and I have had allot of offers I thought were scam, but not Video Professor, they are 100% legit.Trust Me!
