My experience with JST Merchant Services in September of 2012. I received a phone call from an employee of JST Merchant Services asking if I was interested in work at home. I told them yes, but I only wanted to make enough money to supplement my income.  The man I talked with was a Mr. Sterling who was supposedly the Northwest Manager for the Company.

He told me what the job entailed and I told him I wanted to wait He started asking me questions about my bank account, if I had credit cards and what amounts were on them.  I told him I didn't want to use the cards that I wanted to pay them off,  He again asked me what the balance was on each.  He drained my Visa from Bank of America and the other card I had was from Amazon and I used that card for my Kindle and automotive repair.

He asked me what my income was monthy,  I told him and he asked what a certain amount was that I read off and I told him I was a full tythe payer to my church.  He said he was so glad to hear that as he was a Christian also, and he paid tythes.  I told him that I was so afraid of being taken, and he turned to someone in the office and said, "we can't hurt senior citizens can we as there is a law against that "  I still  was so uncomfortable about this.

When I talked with my children and told them that Mr. Serling had taken 4000.00 from my credit cards they were furious and suggested that I cancel this immediately.  I called Mr. Sterling the next day and told him that I thought I had better withdraw my idea of working and having to deplete my savings.  He said if you aren't making money by the end of the month, I'll call your kids my self and talk to them.  He said he would send me a check himself if this happened I reluctantly agreed.

I never talked with him again.  All of my conversations were with Betty Marshall, a coach.  I bought 400 names, and was told that I would also be given accounts of regulars which I never saw.  and to my knowledge I never saw a dime come from this venture.   I also turned this in to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.  They were to investigate this and said if anything surfaced, they would contact me.  Since them I've heard nothing.  I am 83 years old and now live from payday to payday.  Having to pay the $4000. back has been devastating to me.  If a class action suit is brought about I would like to be included.
