Just Brakes bad work, over-charging, brakes still squealed like a pig. Chandler Arizona

After reading all the other Rip-off reports, I consider myself lucky. My experience with Just Brakes started 3 months ago when I took my car in for brakes. Come to find out that not only did I need new brakes but new rotors too all for only $989.00.

I was told that my new brakes would squeal for the first two weeks then they would stop. They never stopped squealing. I brought the car in and they replaced the pads (free of charge). Still, squealing like a pig. One week later I took the car in for a third time and left it over night, they called on the phone and said that I am wearing out the pads because my calipers were bad on the front wheels. They said to replace them it would be $451.00 and to just give them the ok to do the work.

My response was "no", I'll just take it to the dealership. They told not to do that because it'll cost twice as much. By this time I did not trust them. When picking up my car I got the third degree as to why I did not believe they knew what they were doing and why spend the extra money when they can do the work.

I took the car to the dealer, told them to check the calipers. They said calipers usually do not go bad but if so, it would be $168 each installed (cheaper than Just Brakes). After inspection, they found it was not the calipers but that the problem was "Poor Quality Service Completed" on the brakes. They replaced the pads and I have had no problems.

It is hard to complain to the location because none of the employees work there now who also worked there 3 weeks ago. A quality company would not have such a high turnover rate. I wish I would've seen the Rip-Off report first.
