Kleritec Received an unauthorized order! sylmar California

 I received what I thought to be a typical sales call.  This company offering to price match or give a larger discount than Discount School Supply.  As a preschool center we order often from Discount School Supply and are very happy with their products and prices.  But as all schools struggle we always look for a better deal.  I agreed to one box of arts and crafts supplies.  A vareity pack that would allow us to "try out" Kleritec products.  A price of $199.99 was explained to me and I accepted.  5 months later a second box was shipped with similar prodcuts and an invoice of over $300.00!!  First of all this order was not a value of over $300.00.  There was construction paper, glue, crayons, etc.... All off brand products too.

When I tried to contact the company I was told that a customer service report had to be submitted and someone would return my call within 24 hours.  I called for 3 months before actually talking with a representative.  This person was rude and cut me off often during our phone conversation.

When I demanded that a full refund and the cost on return shipping, I was told flat out that wasn't going to happen.  During the course of these conversations I was told several different scenarios.  First, the second shipment was a backorder to the first.  Not true!  Second, I was told that after some adjustment fees I may receive a refund of $54.00.  Then I was told that I gave authorization via an email to charge my credit card.  Never did I ever receive any kind of email from this company nor would I give authoization through an email for anyone to charge my credit card.

This company is a scam and after searching Ripoff Report, I am shocked on the current reports and how similiar each situtation is.
