My daughter has a car loan with long beach and they have been rutless in dealing with me and her. They almost got me fired from my job because a collector guy named Angelo kept calling me a work and when I asked him to call me at home he refused.He accused me of lying to him and made me extremely upset. I'am not a spring chicken, I'm elder and sick. I don't need to be screamed at or emotionally abused by this company.

Hi I'm kathleen, the one wiyth the loan with long beach. I refuse calls from them because they are verbally abusive on the phone.They reduce me to tears and make me so upset with their collection tatics that I don't ever want to talk to them again. I have delat with Angel, Joe Paterine, Matt Bell among others and I have never not paid my loan it may have been late but they always got their money yet they threaten me, verbally and emotional abuse me on the phone and then they got the never to get my mom upset and she's only trying to help me. What's it going to take for this abuse to stop?
