A1 Mortgage was given 30 days to appeal but that appeal was never filed with the court. A Judgment has been filed against both Maria Makozy and A1 Mortgage. The husband of Maria Makozy vowed that they would never pay the money, no matter what. After the verdict Maria Makozy had property taken out of her name and put into the name of her husband Gregory Makozy.
A1 Mortgage is still operating as a Mortgage Broker in Cranberry Twp. Maria is also the owner of a Title Company in the same building with her Mortgage Company.
Deadbeat ? Yes, they just simply refuse to pay the money that the Court has ordered them to pay. Now if you are thinking about using A1 Mortgage to help you with your next Mortgage you might want to think long and hard about using their services. If they wont pay their Bill's or Obligations can you trust them to do your next Mortgage ?
