On June,19,2012 I purchased a 16'X40' lofted storage building from Morgan buildings in Odessa, tx. The building cost was $16,233.17 of which I paid in full at the time of sale with Ck.#6169. The building was to be delivered within 12 weeks, which would have been September of 2012. In September I started asking about the building and was repeatedly told that it was on the way and would be about a week.Finally in February of 2013 I went to talk to an attorney, He charged me another $250.00 and sent Morgan a letter demanding my money to be returned. their attoneys in turn sent him a release form to be signed by me and after I had released them of all liability then they would repay me in four monthly installments. I offered to sign the release but it would stay with my attorney until they had paid me back in full and then my attorney would deliver to them the Release. It has been another year and now no one at morgan or their attorney"s office will even answer the phone calls. Iwould like to find a good lawyer that could put them out of business.
