I had placed an order with movinghelp.com who is affiliated with uhaul to assit me in packing a 10x10 truck . I had ordered through movinghelp.com 1 packers for 2 hours and 2 loading men for 2 hours  for a total of 3 people. The day started out with them going to the wrong location to pick up the rented and provided uhaul truck. So the women of the house had to go and pick up the movers from the wrong location and to take them to uhaul to pick up a truck. They were delayed at the uhaul locaiton until i provided photo ID so instead of once person waiting there - Both people did. Did I metioned that only 2 men showed up. Yes, aparently the moving company that movinghelp.com outsource to Gotta Go Mover in Brookly NY  Does not know how to add. The informed me that 1 guy was to get there 2 hours early and that never happened. Yet, I was charged. So they arrive at 10am and did not leave until 3pm. They tacked on and extra 1.3 hours over the 4 hours I paid for. If that is not bad enough, they were to drive the 10x10 trcuk to CT approximately 45 min drive in order to unload at my storage facility that closed at 5:30. Needless to say they did not show up. They chose rather to park the truck in a lot overnight in Fordam NY and padlock  the back of it. So this morning i had to meet the driver for dropping the truck off as at this point I dont want them to unload it ony be held hostage by movinghelp.com GOTTA GO MOVERS and told that I had to pay $270 more dollars to cover gas in the truck, toll booths, extra 1.5 hours , 75 for driving and would be calling the police if I did not pay. so out of panic I paid cash was givien no recipts but told by a mysterious person texting me that I would be emailed a reciept and copies of gas, tolls and other expeniture that the mover had to pay out of pocket. Thinking that was the end of it I pull the truck into a storage location no affilated with uhaul.com ony to find the padlock and no keys to open it. I have called movinghelp.com uhaul.com uhaul locations and they told me its out of their hands and will no provide any assistance. GOTTAGOMOVERs or Gotta Go Movers in Brooklyn NY and the mysterious texter from a 347# told me to go to uhaul and they would "bust open the lock" or "Pop the lock" for free. I chose to call a lock smith. So where a move should have take the 4 hours and $300 it has now cost me $700 with a truck that has yet to be unlocked.

I would not recommened movinghelp.com or GottaGoMovers.
