movinghelp.com Dishonesty and negligence prevail do not use this company ever Internet

This was undoubtedly the worst customer experience of my life. First by the unprofessional 'movers' that are associated with movinghelp.com, and then by movinghelp.com itself this morning.

On Sunday at 8:15 am, keep in mind 1 hour before start time, Tyrone from T.Y's Movers called me to say he had not 1 but 2 flat tires. Obviously 1 tire would have meant he could have used his spare, but 2 flat tires meant he couldn't come at all. Clearly he did not want to help me move that day. When I questioned the validity of his tale, he sent me a text insulting women and children and claiming he was a ‘grown man’ and he deserves respect. A grown man honors his commitments in my opinion.  His story was a complete lie and a major inconvenience for me. I had to hire last minute movers which cost me 30% more money than what I was going to pay.

Unfortunately, the horrible service didn't stop there. I just called movinghelp.com to get my money back that I had to pay for Tyrone up front. Fortunately, my money is supposed to be coming back, but because the 'move' was not completed, I cannot write a review of Tyrone and his terrible service. That is a convenient loophole for Tyrone and movinghelp.com that I cannot post reviews on incomplete orders. So anytime Tyrone wants to cancel, no one can say anything negative about movinghelp.com or his ‘company.’
