I used MVI for a free mini vacation to Las Vegas, NV in November 2005. The room was OK, not great, but it was free. Since we went on a weekend, we had to go to a awful tour which tried to get us to buy time shares.

We were told that we would get our $50.00 deposit back, minus the room taxes, if we send the required information back via registered mail. We went the information back on Dec. 13, 2005. We have confirmation that they received our letter, the regestration # is RR888524523US. We have NEVER received our refund or any correspondence from them.
