I made a reservation for a car using the online phone #. I got a quote and conformation #. When I got to their office at the airport in Los Cabos Mexico they would not honor it. I showed them the confirmation sheet and prices and they would still not honor it. As this has happened to me with Dollar rent a car also, it seems like even though they use the same name, the company in the USA does not have anything to do with the Mexico company of the same name.
