nationwide ADR being disrespectful intruding on personal life and unwilling to let me speak Nationwide

My wife had called this place to see if we could make a different arrangement because if some financial problems that came up. When she called it went to voicemail so she left a message. They then called her back and because she was at work she couldn't answer the phone so they left a voicemail saying that if she didn't pay them they were going to turn her in for a law suit and that she is 22 and she is digging herself a grave. I then called them speaking to the lady that called my wife trying to tell her that what she said was inappropriate, but she started to speak over me.

I tried to tell her to shut up so I could finish what I was trying to say and to make a new arrangement, but she still kept talking over me and finally hung up on me. I called back to try and soak to a manager but right as she answered the phone she said f*** you and immediately hung up with giving me a chance to speak. I then called back again this time a different lady answered the phone and told me that if I called again they were calling the cops. I told her that I wanted to speak to her manager or whoever was in charge she then told me to give her my debit our credit card number and to make my payment now. I told her again that I wanted to speak to there manager and then she hung up on me.
