Placed an order for 2 tablets.  Received an email stating item was shipped and given a tracking number with an expected delivery date from UPS.  Item wasn't delivered - nor was it given to UPS at all by Nomorerack.  Contacted customer service who gave me completely canned answers about 2 weeks to ship, 3-4 weeks after to get it.  Item was supposedly already shipped.  Customer service refused to do anything, blamed it on a 3rd party vendor.  Refused to cancel order or give me a refund stating to refuse shipment if and when I got it, then get a credit on my account to buy from them again.

They state it can take up to 14 days to SHIP an item and an additional 30-45 days to receive it "although most items ship much faster."

Based on the number of complaints with the NY State attorney generals office they have more complaints than they can comment on.   I have personally contacted board members and venture capital firms they have dealt with to let them know of this, so hopefully those companies will stop feeding this scam company.

I got the problem solved and a full refund supposedly issued to my card.  HOWEVER, it took calling 2 of the venture capital companies who have invested millions of dollars in nomorerack and calls to 2 board members explaining that I had filed complaints in New York and Illinois with the attorney general's offices - New York stating that they had HUNDREDS of complaints they were investigating about nomorerack.

I urge anyone having issues like this to file the written complain on the New York Attorney General's website (takes about 5 minutes) and then Google searching for nomorerack's venture capital firms and their board members and calling them directly and POLITELY explaining your problem.  Make sure to give them your full contact information.  I have done this a few times with other companies I had problems with and it absolutely resolves the problem immediately.

As for nomorerack.com the customer service is one of the worst - regardless of your "guarantees" or claims.  It failed me 3 times giving me wrong, misleading and all but rude answers.
