I bought a google tablet for my sister and it will not hold a charge and it keep powering down. I have contacted them by the only means to communicate with nomorerack.com through thier websites customer service. I have bought lots of things from this site and this is the first time I have been ignored.  They have in the past responded within 24-48 hours... not this time. I heard not a peep from them until today when I went to my account and tried to delete it and it would not let me. So, I changed my name to notahappycamper and right away I get an email saying your account could not be found. I had two credit cards in their system and I wanted it to end today bacause I don't trust them anymore with my information.

I sent my third request to respond and to exchange the faulty product but they have not addressed my issues nor have they responded. My name and email address is still in their system yet they say that they cannot identify me.

Too late I see all of the BAD reviews an even though the tablet only cost $59.00 I expect it to operate in the manner in which it was intended no matter how much was paid.

I am livid! This was a present and now I'm stuck with an inoperably item.

Everyone should be careful with whom you do business especially online with low prices, no phone or address to physically go to. I am going to rethink where and how I buy. They are shady, dishonest and not in it for the long haul. Fly by night outfit and uncaring for those who spend good money with them. Think twice and be careful. Go into the store.

I won't say what I want to because it would not be Lady like, but I think I found a phone number and I'm gonna call tommorrow cause they were closed when I called earlier cause I have some choice words for them.
