NYS Child Support This agency forges documents to cover up the theft of my child support and claims I'm a male seeking paternity to a child when I'm a woman syracuse New York

 This agency along with someone in the local family court house worked together and made documents that state that I am a male and that I the parent to a child named Legend V. Wright and when I called child support and spoke to the staff they really said that I requested a DNA test and I am no relation to this child. I have multile child support cases on my account that are open that should be closed and one of my daughters has two men active on her child support case and the agency tried to make a guy her father by not sending him the documents to show so I called him and then the worker still tried to make him the fater so I said I will go to Maury and finally I got the results.

These people are crazy. I took the paper to my legal aid attorney and she did nothing and then I took it to the court house and the woman too my printout and said the only connection the child has to me was that the child's mother has a child by the same man as my oldest and only son. Still they have not properly accounted my case and they collect child support and I do not get the entire agreed amount which is $200.00 because my children get TA and they've charged me a service fee, which I'm exempt because I've been on Temporary Assistance/ TA before. These agencies refuse to correct these errors and repay the money back and fix my case. How can all this crime happen? They are taken money out my family's mouth. Please help.
