Oil can henrys Rude and never going back Redmond Oregon

 I went to the redmond oil can henrys today and wile my car was being serviced thier was a lady at the counter and the man helping her started telling her in a rude belittling manor how her car should have been serviced 11,000 miles and started telling her how bad it was again in a rude belittling way she then replied she knew she had gotten behind on it. Then the man looked at the computer and started telling her the time before was 11,000 miles the time before that was 9500 miles and on and on. It was very sad to watch. I decided since i used a coupon to save 10 bucks i would have my car flushed for a additional 10 bucks win win but after they are done the man says would i like to see how clean the oil is, i said sure. He then pulled out dipstick cleaned it then diped it again and swiped it across his finger.

There was black streaks in it. He replied oh my finger was dirty . I then did my engine 3 to 5 min wait then left drove 1 block pulled over and checked it myself again black. I very much doubt i got my flush but whatever. The thing that upset me most is on my paper it says engine noises apon arrival. Im not sure why they did that mabey some kind of scam to protect them if they screw up a persons car. My car engine has no off engine noises and is in perfect health. I take it to toyota mecanics regulary and i should have this time as well. Oil can henrys u need to work on how patrions are treated by your employees. You lost me forever and i spoke to the woman at the counter after the man left she said she will never return here again as well. 2 different patrons back to back not good.
