I worked for Farheap Solutions and OvernightPrints.com until September 2008. The employees try hard to do the right thing, but Bret Heap is a control freak to the nth degree. He overworks everyone from his managers on down. They have no life, managers travel from Las Vegas to California to live and work(meaning they live in California and work in Vegas, some of them). They monitor every word, every move the employees make even from home on their laptops. If the customer service reps try to give you good service by being honest with you, they are called on the carpet. They are called Overnight Prints cause they do print the runs overnight. Your order has to be in by a certain time of day for it to make it to print THAT night. What determines how fast you get your order isn't the printing but how you choose to ship your order. If you choose ground, it takes it's sweet time 10-14 days, as in business days. There are no shippments on the week-ends from the facility unless UPS has already gotten the order and there a request for Saturday delivery. It's up to you to pay attention to how you want your order shipped based on how soon you need it.

There are plenty of places for you to look and see everything you need to know about how orders are printed, shipped, everything. I am not defending them, but they have done a very good job of protecting themselves in this regard. I stopped working there cause I couldn't work for someone who treats his employees so badly and subjects them to gestapo tactics with camera's at every corner of every room and I can't condone a company who works it's managers to such an intense degree that their families and lives take a back seat to it's owner and HIS bottom line. AND I couldn't work for someone who is immoral and parades his girlfriends and baby mama and every other person he sleeps with into his offices in front of his employees. That and he is just plain rude! He walks around like he's the c**k of the walk, doesn't even speak to his employee's and he's nothing to look at at all. In fact I fail to see what the women he paraded through the Vegas offices saw in him at all. He brings his mama and everybody into his affairs, in the offices in meetings and everything. And he expects these people to wear business suits when nobody see's them over the internet.

My biggest things was the girl-friends and how I was treated and in the short time I was there I was in the top 3 for almost every category from the moment I hit the floor. But no matter how much they paid me, I just couldn't work for someone who lived his life the way Brett did and I couldn't stand the camera's everywhere either. It was overkill. He's taken the company out of California to avoid paying overtime and to have the "right to work" laws on his side to avoid paying unemployment, skirt around the labor laws and work people to the bone while he looks down his nose at everyone else thinking he's better than everyone. From what I heard the California offices it's all about what you wear, who you hang with and the designer this and that you spend your money on. If you want to keep your job, you hang with Brett, go along with whatever he wants, wear what he likes so you impress him and just shut up and work yourself to death. If you are married, kiss your family good bye and be prepared for divorce and emotional meltdown cause I watched it happen with both the Director and the HR Manager. And when it happened to me, I bailed. Nothing is worth my dignity and my peace of mind and morals. The camera's were just over the top. But....they did have good products, they are much nicer than Vista Prints.
