THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS - RUN!!!! They promise low rates, however there is always a 'mistake' on your bill, they state Corporate needs to fix it, but it takes a long time. Well I am moving out because Corporate has never fixed THEIR mistake and I often show up at the unit and can't gain access!! I have gone up the management chain and I can ASSURE YOU THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! NEVER A CALL BACK AND NEVER A RESOLUTION!! I was put in some very bad situations, I employed help and we could not gain access for a week straight.

There is always garbage everywhere, the neighborhood is very scary, especially when you have to go alone. The gate is often broken and the sensor lights are USELESS!!! They stay on for no more than 5 min at a time then in the pitch dark ~ wandering the halls hoping to trip a sensor. I was all of the way in the back of my storage unit attempting to find something and couldn't find my way down...OFTEN...VERY SCARY!!

I've called Corporate care numerous times hoping for help but NOTHING!! Their job is to make you go away!! SO UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE MOVING AGAIN IN A FEW MONTHS FIND A PLACE YOU CAN COUNT ON!! SHAME ON YOU PUBLIC STORAGE!!!! I HATED MY EXPERIENCE AND WILL SHOUT IT TO THE MOON!!!!!

1) The gate is OFTEN broken...the definition of OFEN is frequently; many times. So smartypants I hope that will clear your confusion!! Maybe use google, or go to a library sometime - OFTEN does not mean all the time. k

    i.e. there were OFTEN times I WAS able to enter my unit without issue - HOWEVER, I should NEVER (definition; at no time in the past or future; on no occasion; not ever) have had problem accessing my unit!!

   A few; (definition; a small number of.) of times the outsides lights were not on.

2) I WORK (definition; a. The part of a day devoted to an occupation)!! So during the day I feek like I should't have to be inconvienced with incompitence. Besides I did call numerous times and they told me my issue with the gate and the mistake on my billing account was resolve. When I went back to the storage unit AFTER WORK & DINNER (is that not allow??), I found the issue had not been handled!! Typically this fustrates smart hard working poeple (you wouldn't understand).

3) The trash is both inside and outside of the facility. Is the facility not responsible for the grounds and maiteniance of the interior??? 

I can tell by the lack of intelligence you have to be associated with this company - thank you for confirming my complaint about the lack of customer care!! I hope you realize you sound like a fool!!

A little confused..

 If you employeed help how come if the gate is "often broken" could you not gain access for a week?  How come during this week did you not go during their office hours to get your access issue fixed?

You complain about garbage.  Well that sounds more like a comentary on the other people than the business itself.

You complain about the neighboorhood.  Again sounds more like an issue out of the control of the business. Also what is this billing issue that was never fixed?
