Rooms to Go Extended warranty a rip off. I specificulally asked about foam coverage on 3 year plan, paid approximately $ 350.00 for warranty, and now I'm told it doesn't cover the foam, only the frame. Never will Charlotte, North Carolina

I purchased an extended warranty on my couch and love seat that cost $ 350.00 for three years.

I asked if the warranty covered everything including the cushions and was told yes. Now the cushions are worn out, and I'm told by the extended warranty provider that the cushions are not covered. Never again will I purchase a product from Rooms-to-Go. Waste of money and time.

We offer a few different warranty coverage plans to fit most of our customers needs, but it sounds like you may have purchased the fabric protection warranty.  This warranty is mainly
designed to help prevent food or beverage spills.  But if you would like to send us an email over to Tellus@Roomstogo.com with the order info along with the details, wed be more than happy to take a better look into this for you to see if there may be any options available.

Rooms To Go Left bolts to put bed together out. After lies and no call backs, will take them over 2 weeks to finish my delivery. Bed parts all over my room not to mention they made a huge mess leaving styrofoam pieces all over the bedroom and chunks of styrofoam in my front yard! Hoover Alabama
