Avion 32" LCD TV or Protron 32" LUD TV

My concern with the Avion is it is not as clear - sharp - as advertised. I have a few other complaints but want to get some other persons input. It has a few other things wrong with it right out of the box.

The service department states that's noral for a LCD.
Other questionable areas, "Sound-PIP-Remote-hook ups and a good Manual.

Before going with those options... I'd deal with the other companies first.

The picture isn't as crisp as you thought.. Working on the assumption that I would think the same thing.. Is the picture not as clear always, or only on cable? That could be an issue with your cable provider. If it is not as sharp with everything, then there could be other issues.

Work with the manufacturer (which it seems you've done) and if there's no satisfaction there, work with shopnbc to return it.
