U-Turn False Advertisement False Claims 1460 Commerce Way Idaho

Boy I sure wish I had come to this site before I decided to purchase 50+ machines ($40K spent) from U-Turn.
I too was impressed by the color pictures on their web-site and thought that the machines were a unique idea with 8 different types of candies. Please don't be fooled by their clever advertisement. They want to be your friend at first but after awhile you will receive no help. In fact after 2 years I tried to call them to get replacement items they couldn't even locate my name in their database. Great customer service, huh?

Also, during the initial conversation they said that $80-100 per month was the norm. Boy if that isn't an out-right lie, then nothing is. Funny how after I purchased the machines and tried to get them located and struggling with that part, he mentioned you really shouldn't expect more than $40.

Plus they recommend locators which turned into a real joke. Whatever you do, don't use locators. They know nothing about the candy business, especially these particular machines.

I am not sure where these machines are made. The are totally unreliable and cheap. The doors are constantly breaking, the canisters crack, the paint chips, the base rusts, and they attract bugs which of course the business owners love. They recommend putting grease on the base but that turns into a royal mess. Plus you have to constantly deal with businesses yelling at you, money you have to refund, theft of the machines, getting machines kicked out, businesses going out of business and locking their doors and you have to track them down, filing polic reports, etc.

My recommendation if you just have to go into this business would buy machines from EBay. They are less than 1/3 the price.

But my recommendation is to stir clear of this type of business and don't buy from these U-Turn guys.
The only things these machines attract are BUGS!!!!
