Verizon Wireless Switched carriers from VW with no outstanding bill, charged me another month's usage. BEWARE Internet

My contract expired end of January with Verizon Wireless got tired of paying $85. month in usage I could'nt even use up every month so I went Pay as you go with another carrier and took my phone # with me. So When I went to access my account with VW it had been deleted with VW, I didn't delete it, so it had to be VW. So I figured my account balance was 0 and contacted phone reps from VW and they stated that payments were in a months advance so good to go so I thought. On second thought I had a + balance of maybe half that much when I swithed carriers and I attempted to get a refund on VW chat line and they said basicly any credited balance is my loss. They never told me that I still had an active account appeantly during these conversations and billed be for another months worth of service I never used willingly knowing I switched carriers and still billed me. I started getting automated phone calls from them and finally responded witch is how I found out they charged me another months service, you gotta pay it or these pricks wil deogitory your credit. Make sure if you switch carriers and take your # with you you call to cancel your account. DON't TRUST any Cell phone Company
