Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Fire false credit reports and pursuing a unfounded claim in behalf of Progressive Insurance. Cleveland Ohio

A Progressive Insurance customer crossed a center line, failing to see me entering my rental driveway, in which I was plowing snow, struck my inside angle snow blade, rolling and pinning my blade, throwing me and my ATV into the side of the customer's vehicle and in the process, spin me and rolled me over. Since the local police captain was not happy with my previous open letter concerning the Police Chief's coruption, her boyfriend, she indicated in the police report, noting she was not at the accident, listing the customer as the primary vehicel, but indicating I commented a wrongful act. The Commonwealth of Pa does not allow an officer to consider fault, nor was I the primary vehicle, as the customer admitted he was distracted, never go out of the vehicle for 1 1/2 hrs.

However, Progressive has sought fit to pursue many unfounded claims against my person, literally, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis is the fourth debt collector, plus one legal firm, in a continueos pursuit of my person. Progressive refused to pay my medical bills, nor repair my ATV. 

But, they do not heistate to pursue monetary claims as with WW&R, as of July 14, 2015, $4,931.56.

Note; I have photos of the customer's vehicle, clearly supports they struck me broadside, in the wrong lane, as I was entering  my driveway, noting they had 150 yards of clear view of my ATV, prior to the accident, as I left the uphill right lane, crossed the downhill lane to enter the driveway. He was traveling uphill.
