I made a mistake booking a reservation for the City Creek Inn in Salt Lake City Utah. I booked a date for two weeks in advance. I couldn't make the reservation for the current date. I was charged $2500.00 and Agoda and City Creek Inn said I couldn't change the dates, or be refunded. This is robbery without a pistol. The CEO is John Wroughton Brown.
