Since August 2022 my lugagge is lost with Air Canada.

In October I was contacted by Air Canada asking for my bank details so I could receive a compensation.

That was already 2 months ago and up to this moment I have no lugagge and no compensation.

It is inadimissble how long it's taking to solve the situation.

The process is LISAC10340.

Case number CAS-5036462-V5D6J0 (AC:000551000021761)

and

Poor Treatment of Super Elite Frequent Flyer by Air Canada I fly by Air Canada so much to the extend I am soon reaching a Million miles club of Aeroplan/Air Canada. However I have faced with delayed baggage ,in spite of the fact Air Canada stick priority tags, and delivered very late ,sometime a day later, and how poorly value a loyal passenger to the extend I do not want to fly any more with Air Canada. Air Canada Air Canada Rogue cancelled our connecting flight last minute without any explanation , and gave $24 for a refund,tickets cost hundreds.We had to drive 5hours to get to the closest airport in toronto to catch our flight to Ireland. We were also disappointed with the international flight, never been on a international flight where you had to pay for beer and wine.poor service Toronto Nationwide

Air Canada they never reimbursed me for the stolen articles from my luggage, they lied about the time to turn in my claim, they declined my claim for damages/losses, they are very selfish and cheap, they find excuses NOT to pay me for my loss, etc. Montreal Quebec
