ASAP Tickets Total rip-off of the sick clientele. My family contracted COVID a day before traveling to Mexico from Los Angeles. I was told that if I sent a doctor's confirmation I could get a refund minus $400 or book another flight. I sent the doctor's report and then the agent named Rustam Z.

He then changed his story and told me to contact United then United told me to contact booking.com. Rustam said his company will not refund the money and that my time to make another booking had expired. The amount spent on tickets was over 3k.
My job now is to spread the news among my friends and via the internet. I have started a small court claim against them. I am a high school math teacher. www.asaptickets.com
