SCAM SCAM SCAM...BE AWARE, ATT&T TRICKED ME and RIPPED ME OFF. I was a happy T-Mobil customer but got tricked into Att&t Wireless twisted sales tactics. They tell you switch we will give you a new iPhone 12 pro for $20/mo and we will give you up to $700 for your trade in. Sounds too good to be true? It's because it isn't.

What the sales people don't tell you is that you're signing an agreement that states the $700 will be paid on 30 installments, that's $23.33/mo. You're literally locked in for 2 1/2 years to get full credit and if you decide to cancel earlier than 30 months, guess what you just lost and forfeited your remaining balance. What a joke!!! Att&t wireless is the most expensive service in the US currently even though the service isn't much better from the competition.

I use to pay $85 with T-Mobile for unlimited calls, texts and free worldwide data plan. I now Pay with Att&t  $119 for the same plan with no worldwide data. I called att to report that the sales rep failed to mention the full facts and their reply was you signed the contract. I was also told I'd have a manager contact me and I never heard from anyone. They just don't care.

More than 90% don't read those contracts word for word, they simply take it on its face value and based on trust of the agent or the sales rep. I don't know any one who has time to fully reads these, do you? I'm filling a similar report shortly with the FTC so they can fully investigate the matter.  

I'm also about to switch back to T-mobile and I still owe more than $800 on my new iPhone 12 pro. Please be careful don't fall for these tricky sales tactics
