The insurance companies need to review an audit what they are being charged for because this Hospital is Robbing the insurance companies and patients. If you go to this Hospital you are looking to die, because this Hospital is incompetent.  I would not trust anybody's life here.

When you notify the Hospital and that it is a work-related injury and that a workers compensation case is in the process of being approved that there Bill will be paid shortly, but Arizona is slow and that workers compensation does not go into effect like in every other state in the Union and it is taking more time than expected?

and we found out a company lied and stated they did not have workers compensation which is a violation of law giving a business an operating license unless they have it you don't get a business license until you have workers compensation insurance to protect your workers, but they did have workers compensation and the process is moving forward and the case will be settled shortly and the Hospital was notified this 17 times and the people that work at this Hospital are obviously on drugs or something?

because they are all looking into space when you talk to them. And Benson Hospital did nothing to help this mans left leg and did not give him any pain medications, in this man is anti-drug all of his life and the Benson doctors almost killed him when he had his work injury:

Thank God he got the police and the ambulance got him out of the Hospital because they would not give him insulin and they almost killed him. How the hospital and medical doctors cannot smell his breath and smell the keyacidosis is beyond me, this man was begging for insulin which they refuse to give him.

because they would not give his life saving insulin that he needs to live he almost died lawyers need to get in touch with this man he has a lawsuit for millions upon millions of dollars for The reckless engagement they placed on his life and he has not recovered since this. This person does not even take vitamins (I guess they think everybody in Arizona is a drug addict)?

and I know this man and he does not like taking any medications and ever since he lived in Arizona his health has declined because the doctors cannot diagnose any problems which he obvious has: he has been a type 1 diabetic since age four and the medical doctors in Benson States he's a type 2 diabetic and refuse to give him insulin which put him into ketoacidosis and almost killed him.

He was an athletic man and is always moving around doing things and helping people now he's always screaming and crying and severe pain and he is sleeping 18 hours a day because he just cannot handle the pain of his left leg in which is swollen it looks infected and the Hospital did not look at his leg and he went to the hospital four times and went to doctors seven times and you can tell he is in severe pain and not once did they give him any pain medication to help relieve this man's suffering and not one medical place in Benson Arizona gave him any pain medication to relieve the suffering that he is dealing with.

All Benson Hospital did was ridicule him and made jokes about his pain and suffering. I told him to move back to New York where at least you will get proper medical treatment at Stony Brook University Hospital and I told him if you stay in Benson? they will surely kill you..... But they charge you for test and services that they did not render and they charge you astronomical amounts of money and the Government and insurance companies pay these cost? Medicare must be going Bankrupt from this Hospital charging for testing services that they do not do and they submit Bills to Medicare and they just pay the Hospital for services that were not rendered. Medicare needs to audit this Hospital because they are stealing from the taxpayers and Medicare system.

I mean they do not realize the Hospital is scamming them? and they also threatening patients you are never to come back to that Hospital because they will not provide you service? I mean what hospital does this to a sick person? Answer is simple Benson Arizona Hospital. My friend stated they did not treat him (photos will be sent that they put it against his credit report) and he is digging through all the other photos that he took because services were not provided and he received the Bills from his insurance when the Hospital was told that this is under a worker's compensation case that is in court Right now.

And the law states a worker's compensation case the hospital and medical doctors have to wait until it's determined and then the compensation insurance will pay the Hospital and doctors you cannot place it against somebody's credit report that is unlawful.... The man is trying to recover but because of the incompetence in Benson Arizona he has not improved one bit and he is only getting worse.
