Bobs Discount Furniture Bait and Switch, Fraud! Rockville Maryland

I recently moved to Maryland and needed some furniture for my home. I made the MISTAKE of going to Bobs Furniture. I purchased a mattress and a bed. The mattress I was told I was purchasing was NOT the same Mattress when I got it home and unpacked. My bed that I ordered was supposed to be delivered on 05 October 2022. Guess what, that did not happen either.

When I returned the mattress I got the run around at the store. Eventually they dock employees unloaded the mattress from my truck. When I went inside the store. Every mattress the salesman showed me would not be availble for 3-4 weeks. So I decided to take my mattress shopping business somewhere else. Luna, the cashier told me that she refunded my mattress purchase back to my form of payment.

That was an outright lie. I found this out when I called on the day my bed was supposed to be delivered. The reason for the call, to cancel the order since Bobs screwed up and my bed was not going to be delivered. 

I can not even fathom how Bobs Furniture stays in business. Bait and Switch is outright FRAUD. They do NOT keep any of their furniture in stock in the store. This game they play to scam customers out of another 100 bucks for delivery. I have never heard of a furniture retailer, that wharehouses their furniture NOT allow their customers to pick up their PAID FOR IN FULL furniture at their wharehouse. 

Bobs Furniture never provided me with the bed and mattress that I paid for in full. This is theft by deception and fraud. Bobs Furniture needs to immediately refund the money they charged me to the original form of payment. Or have cashiers check made available for the full amount ready for immediate pick up! 

Failure to do so will result in legal action on my behalf against Bobs Furniture, Their Board of Directors, Corporate and Retail staff involved in this absolute nightmare of an experience with these crooks.
