East coast mechanical (ECM) READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!!!! Boynton Beach Florida

 This company should be put out of business. They will try every way they can to not honor the contract. I had replacement coverage on my two year old refrigerator, the ice maker stopped working, they told me the ice maker is not part of the refrigerator. My A/C Stopped working, had a ten year warranty from the manufacture on parts, under my contract with ECM for free repairs they charged me $75.00 to process the warranty. Hot water heater started leaking, charged me $475.00 to replace the unit. They don't carry parts to repair on the truck and make you wait days for parts. Read the contract, the print is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it, which by the way is illegal in Florida. They make changes to your contract yea to year without advising you of the changes. They advertise deceptively and make you think you are covered when you are really not. This contract was $400, I was with them for years, I did not renew. Stay away from this outfit!
