I tried to make a reservation and got an error on the webpage saying the room was not available anymore.
I was then charged for a non refundable reservation for a non finalized reservation. I did not get a confirmation number and was charged over 3000.00

You wanted a hotel reservation. Why didn't you just call the hotel and make it directly? YOU DON'T EVER NEED TO USE ANY TRASHY THIRD PARTY to make reservations. Do you use a third party to buy groceries? Do you use a third party to buy gas? These trashy third parties LOVE for you to cancel. The hotel refunds YOUR MONEY to them and they KEEP YOUR MONEY. Nothing has changed in the reservation business. Don't be a chump, sucker or doormat. Make your own reservations DIRECTLY just like always has been done.
