RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

I filed a simple microwave claim on December 3, 2022. They sent Honest & Quality Appliance repair. Guy came out 2 weeks later, inspected the microwave, charged me $75 cash, and told me it would be 2 weeks until part arrived. I waited the 2 week, which ended up being much longer. The guy scheduled a Friday appointment without my knowledge and called me the day of and said he was enroute. I explained to him that I work and that I could not leave and meet him. I never heard back from the service technician.

It is now approaching 5 months, April 28, 2022 and no one has contacted me. My microwave is still in the same condition the technician left it in. 

Ive contacted 2/10 over 10xs requesting assistance, I've emailed, I've escalated to a supervisor, NOONE CARES, THE SUPERVISOR WILL SEND YOU ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE, after requesting a manager, they will call you back 48 hours later, and after you spend 5 mins explaining your grievenses, they will quickly transfer you to a line that NOONE WILL EVER ANSWER.
