invent help false advertisement new york ny, New York

In december of the year 2009 I saw a commercial from 1-800-invent help on television. In the commercial it says " if you have an idea and want to get paid for your idea call the number on your screen.

At the time I had several ideas and I'm still trying to work on them, so I called the number on the television commercial. I made contact with one of the representatives and she and I spake and she said she was going to send me a booklet and in the booklet forms I was to fill in with detail of my idea and once all I done all that she asked me to I was to call back.

In the period of 2 and a half weeks I received several phone calls from the same female representative from invent help and she kept telling me when will I be able to come into her company office for an interview because she is very interested in what I had to share with her as far as my idea. I finally went on the interview and met with the representative and I went in with the forms booklet she sent me. I agreed to meet with the representative from invent help under the pretense that I was going to give to her my Idea and if it was worth pursuing that I would get paid for giving my idea.

I was decieved severly because I was lured under false pretense to visit with the representative and when I describe to her in full detail of my idea which is an improvision of something that already exist she said to me that I almost blew her socks off and that I was targeting a 50 billion dollar market of electronics. She had me so illusion that I really believed I was going somewhere with my idea because that's exactly what she told me and then the deception was when she said to me if I want her and her team to patent and get my product manufactured I would have to pay the 9,000 close to 10,000 U.S dollars and she tried to get me to buy a do it yourself book for 750.00 dollars.

After she got me to reveal my information she tell me that I have to pay. In the commercial it does not say that. False advertisement...commercial says " if you have an idea and want to get paid please call invent help and you can get paid for you invention or idea" the commercial does not tell you please call the toll free number and give us all your info and we will offer you the tool to do it yourself or to pay them and they and their team will do it. Can someone please contact me I have all my information and proof that all this happened.
