InventHelp Sold an information package needed to receive help from them to represent my invention to companies and it was all just a way to take my money as the package received wasn't about my invention but just the name of it even though they were provided with documentation of the invention Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

And vent help gave me an appointment with a representative to disclose Information about my invention, to have it represented to companies for sales or licensing. I was told that I had to purchase a business information package that would include a patent search and opinion before any further help could be given. The package I received was not consistent with the information that I had given and actually very little of the information was used. When I said I wanted a refund because they didn't use the information given, and that none of my verbal communication that was taken in notes by the representative was used, I was told that that wasn't how they do things and that's not their policy and the representative isn't allowed to take or give any notes to them. This is certainly not the treatment I received!I claimed I wanted a refund on my 1st call, and a week later I had to call them again because I received no contact in return about the matter. The 2nd call is when I was told the represenative was not responsible for anything I said or to take any notes thoughhe tookso many. This is complete fraudulent activity of deception by a company that's intent is to conInstead of actually provide any of the help stated. The representative in your appointments will share many lives to get you to sign up and purchase from them. Then they will simply dismiss anything from that representative and only use what you have written and offered. No refund for misrepresentation of my invention is a complete warrant for a refund and notSimply a chance for them to do it again and do better this time.  This company needs to be out of business as uncertain that others have been mistreated in the same manner if not worse, They hold no responsibility for their inappropriate accents, and base their entire sales pitch on lies and deception.
