Kyle Davis si slumlord but far worse than that, Kyle Davis is a CHILD PREDATOR, low-life drug dealer (In and around the Section 8 Welfare low-income apartment building that she "manages" in Reseda, California). She preys on the helpless little boys and girls of the parents at the apartment building Palmvilla Townhomes (Although these are rather tiny, raoch-infested apartments and not really townhomes). The apartment building is mold-infested, roach-infested and many etnants have sustained multiple bed bug bites, mold inhalation, and other severe harm and medical issues. Kyle Davis is lazy, mentally unstable, and never does her job as apartment manager. Instead, she is busy running around the apartment building and attemptng to molest and have very inappropriate relations with the children who live in the building. Kyle Davis is grotesquely ugly. However, we should never judge one another on physical attributes. However, in this case, her outward hideousness matches her inner ugliness, as she preys upon helpless children after gaining the trust of the parents of that filthy apartment building. No parent should ever be forced to face the molestation of their small children, simply because they are poor and cannot afford to reside ina  better place. Kyle Davis is a female predator who can only obtain gratification from helpless little children, as she cannot find an adult partner willing to be with her. This is a terrible facet of society, when the adults in charge are the most dangerous predators in our community. Kyle Davis also sells illegal drugs to the same children she manipulates and preys upon. She also commits other acts of moral terpitude, fraud, scams, money laundering, and other crimes.
