Kyle Davis is a black (African American) female who lives and does business as an apartment manager (SLUMLORD & CRIMINAL) at 18641 Saticoy in Reseda, California 91344.

The building is called Palm Villa Townhomes.

The building is absolutely a filthy, disgusting, unsanitary premises that endangers the health of tenants. There is constantly feces (Human and otherwise) in the walkways, mold contamination, lead contamination, and other major health hazards inside and outside each apartment. The windows are still the old single payne windows and the apartments are old, decrepit, very dated, and problematic. The owner refuses to update the building and individual apartments to the point that this building, Palm Villa Townhomes in Reseda, California is worse than a ghetto building. And the slumlord manager, Kyle davis, is too busy selling drugs to children and adults in the building and surrounding areas, to do her job to make sure the apartments are in good working order. There is noise pollution, trash all over, toxic stenches of rot, efeces, and every other manner of filth all over this building.

Kyle Davis is a woman who more than willingly transposrts illegal narcotics and sells drugs to children of the tenants at the apartment (So-called "townhomes") where she personally lives and works as a lazy, irresponsible manager. The location is 18641 Saticoy in Reseda, CA. 91344. Her own apartment faces the street side on Yolanda and Saticoy.

Kyle Davis lacks a conscience and indeed has no morals or ethics.

She goes about her days as irresponsible and lazy as a person can be.

She neglects her duties a the apartment manager. She allows tenants to run amuck and commit crimes, assault neighbors, smoke crack cocain on the premises, squat illegaly, terrorize the few good tenants, make excessive noise, bother others in the building, and even defecate all over the premises.

Kyle Davis has two sons at about 9 years old and 16 years old. She allows her two sons to illegaly enter into the apartments of tenants when those tenants are not home and steal theircash, and other personal belongings. Her sons are on their way to becoming criminals just like their old mother (Kyle Davis).

However, most disturbing, aside from the fact that Kyle davis transports and sells illegal narcotics to minors in the neighborhood and children of tenants in the apartment building where she works and lives, is the fact that Kyle Davis also preys sexually upon children.Yes, Kyle Davis is a child predator. As anyone whom has ever seen her can testify, Kyle Davis is a rather hideous woman with permanent dark shadows under her eyes, dark, dead eyes, and many other unpretty physical traits. For such reasons, she cannot get the male (Or female) attention she craves and therefore she resorts and stoops to exposing herself to small, helpless children and preying upon children in other physically abusive and traumatizing ways.

I personally know Kyle Davis and have walked upon her doing all of the aforementioned things. However, every time I warned her about her activities and attempted to notify local authorities, she cried, sobbed, screamed, and threatened to take her own life and lives of her sons if I revealed her illicit, illegal activities.

I was often left in fear of her and her children's safety and in such a fear-inducing predicament.

Kyle Davis is extremely manipulative, dishonest, and can never be trusted. She is at most times unstable. However, when she chooses, she can be extremely manipulative-So much so that she can act (Act as in pretend) as if she is "kind" and "stable" long enough to assure those who do not know her well enough, that she is "okay." However, in reality, Kyle Dabis is unpredictable, unstable, and a predator. She is also a criminal. She just has a way of lying and getting away with her many, many daily illegal and really egrigeous activities against children and so many other victims of her crimes.

Kyle Dabis has no problem with victimizing people in order to get her way, profit, and get by.

Be forewarned about this low down, dishonest woman.
