Outbound Engine Not willing to cancel service Austin Texas

They were not willing to cancel my services due to a contract but did not offer what was expected. In comparision to others in their field they don't meet it based on their services and cost but yet they want to wave a contract in your face saying you have to pay them 6 months in advance, for not doing anything! Also their customer service is horrible! They make promises to call you back but they don't so you end up having to call them. I wouldn't have anything to do with these people and I wish I had read some of these comments before I signed on. They can't continue having a creditable business doing people like this!
