Robert Zarco ZESB Represented me as a Plaintiff Miami Florida

In my experience and in my opinion, Robert Zarco and his law partner, Bob Einhorn were incompetent, unprepared, and I discovered later very unethical and dishonest as they are known to "sell out" clients (between Franchisors and Franchisees, i.e. Lady of America) and while I can not prove as too many years have passed, I strongly suspected they did the same to me as I was an Area Developer for Schlotzsky's Inc at the time. The Franchisor of Lady of America was being sued by their franchisee group in the NE. Zarco was representing the Franchisees, but made a deal I am told by the franchisor (while Franchisor was half drunk), that Zarco received $1,000,000 to double cross the Franchisees he was representing at Lady of America and tell them that they would have to settle in order to end the case. The Franchisor was motivated to end the case because there was a buyer of the entire concept and the Franchisor wanted to sell. Thge Franchisor tells me that the sale price was $40,000,000 + and he didn't want to lose the buyer so he paid Zarco-off and Zarco lied to his own clients (the Franchisees) to get a forced settlement and put $1,000,000 in to Zarco's own pocket.

In my opinion, I would seriously look for an honest attorney and do a deep dive on their history. I've also been contacted by other Franchise companies who say they experienced a similar situation and found Zarco to be especially "evil". I'll happily provide the names and franchises or companies who have reached out to me following very negative outcomes they've experienced in their discussions with me.
