San Antonio Patrol Service Eric Gram SCAM DOESN'T SHOW UP AND DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BLACKS

I wouldn't even give this company a one-star review. They never showed up to start Patrol even after we had a signed contract. I should have noticed that this was not a good company when the owner / president Eric grams did not show up for a meeting. When I finally got ahold of him he said that he was stuck in Houston. Okay I can understand that. So later on that night we were supposed to meet up and instead of him coming in for training ( show him around the HOA, boundaries and what to look for ) he does not show up he sends another officer (Andy). Andy says he's a sergeant with the company. Okay no problem. He said that he would be training Eric on the property the next day when he's supposed to show up for the first day of work. Well Eric  was supposed to been here Friday April 7th at 10 a.m. to start his shift. He did not show up. So I called him and I called his office and no one answered. I called Sergeant Andy and he said that Eric sent me an e-mail. So when I look at my emails I noticed that he sent it at 9:33 am. Less than half an hour before his shift starts he quits. We have a signed contract that states that he is supposed to give us 30 day notice of termination of contract. He did not do that and is in breach of contract. So if this is the way that he or this company operates I do not recommend it. Definitely need to go with someone else. This is just very unprofessional. Couldn't even show up on the first day of work, and quits with out notice on the first day.
Who does that? Wow.
