Shutterstock Created fraudulent account and charged my card $29 a month and asked for 100 cancelation fee. New York NY

I noticed suspicious charges for 29.00 a month from shutterstock.  I have no recollection of signing up and I searched my computer for any shutterstock downloads and I did not find any.

I notified them via their web form and the account was immediately forced to change password and locked. Their response to the cancellation request was to ask for a $100 cancellation fee.

At this point, I'm referring to my credit card's security department for fraud. They sign you up for an annual plan account with a $100 cancellation fee.  Only I never signed up for it. I can only guess that they use a virus of some type or purchase security breach data and use it to create accounts.   $464.00 was charged without my approval.
