Tax Defense Partners - WARNING! Their Illegal Scam Continues - Encino California

WARNING!  Tax Defense Partners completely misrepresents what they can accomplish with regards to tax relief.  Having already dealt with my tax issue previously, i was then contacted by Tax Defense Partners who claimed they could get a lien on my home removed, as well as negotiate an OIC (offer-in-compromise) for the debt. Even after i informed them that I had already talked to reputable tax attorneys who assured me that an OIC was not possible due to my assets, and that the IRS would only remove the lien once the debt was settled, they still arrogantly insisted that the could do it. 

Of course, they wanted a fee just for the "discovery' phase.  Furthermore, they stated they were completely unaware of the 10 year statute of limitations on tax debt, which was another thing that every other attorney i had spoken to informed me about.  When i pushed the questioning, the agent suggested i speak with one of their "attorneys", only to actually put some higher level high-pressure con man on the phone.  When i asked him directly if he was an attorney, he tried to avoid the question, then finally stated he went to law school, but that he was not an attorney.  He offered to allow me to speak to an attorney for $200. 

When I pushed harder, he decided he didn’t want to be on that conversation.  I subsequently went on the IRS website to their OIC "Pre-Qualifier" and quickly got an answer directly from the IRS that I did not qualify for an OIC due to my assets... exactly the same i was told by the other reputable attorneys.  BE WARNED that Tax Defense Partners is a scam organization that operates on the outside fringe of the law. 

They won't guarantee results, but they will happily take your money when they know they can't provide any value at all. They are nothing but a con with a pretty website. You will notice they don't have a BBB rating... wonder why that is ?  You've been warned.
