Upgrade uses Experian and Credit Karma services to promote their loan consolidation offers. Takes your private information from the application and then you have all sorts of fraud flags. No response to phone calls or emails to Upgrade are ever answered. It has been over a month with no return response. Feel as if this is a fraudulent way to get your information. Not worth the effort. Go with someone else.
